Founded 15+ years ago, Birss specializes in the production of phenolic resin (Bakelite) handles, phenolic lid knobs, and tempered glass lids for the global cookware OEM industry.



What Birss manufactures:

Bakelite (phenolic) handles for aluminum non-stick, stainless steel, enamel, and cast iron cookware including fry pan handles, stockpot handles, saucepan handles, wok handles, glass lid handles, and detachable/removable handle systems
Bakelite knobs for glass lids, stainless steel lids, and enamel lids in sizes from 50mm to 200mm diameter
Tempered glass lids with silicone rim seals in round, square, and G-type configurations
